David Holland, MD

David Holland grew up in San Antonio, Texas. He received his medical degree and continued with his cardiothoracic residency at Loma Linda University in California. He worked for the Loma Linda overseas heart team both in Greece and Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining CSSN, he practiced cardiac surgery in North Dakota for 11 years and Las Vegas for 15 years. Certified in cardiothoracic surgery, his main interest is in adult cardiac and vascular surgery. He is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, a fellow in the American College of Surgery, and a fellow in the American College of Cardiology.

He is married with 3 children. His main vices are the New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys. He continues his interest in studying Latin and ancient Greek.
